We loved the location and food - everything was good. At a medium distance from north laine, walkable. Had early check-in too. There was separate bedroom and extremely comfy beds.

Very pretty setting, bright rooms, everything was so perfect. The host ensured we had a VERY COMFORTABLE experience in Brighton. The check-out was late. Loved exceptionally good views.
